[가사]선생님께선 제게 말씀하셨죠 창 밖 너머로 저쪽 세상엔 성실한 사람 공부 잘하는 사람 대학 잘 가서 성공할 거라고 최선을 다해 열심히만 한다면 안 되는 일은 없을 거라고 그러니 오직 공부 열심히 해서 훌륭한 사람 되어야만 한다고 세상을 그렇게 단순하게 봤죠 대학 가면 모두 다 된 건 줄로 알았죠 그랬었죠 왜 제게 이런 얘긴 않으셨죠 대학만이 인생의 전부가 아니다 니 인생의 시작에 불과한 거란 걸 너는 알아야 한다 창 밖 너머 세상이 쉽지만은 않아 때로는 억울하고 분한 일도 있겠지 모두 다가 그렇게 살아가 하지만 아무 말 못하는 거 어쩔 수가 없단다 선생님이라는 이유로 도덕책 안엔 소위 올바른 사람 올바른 세상 쓰여 있었고 나쁜 사람은 언제나 벌을 받고 착한 사람은 행복하단 줄거리 세상을 그렇게 예쁘게만 봤죠 법만 지키면 다 되는 줄 알았죠 그랬었죠 왜 그런 얘기들만 쓰여있죠 사람들이 모두 다 그런 건 아니다 법을 안지키고도 잘 사는 사람이 때론 있는 거란다 창 밖 너머 세상이 쉽지만은 않아 때로는 약은 모습 거짓말도 있겠지 모두 다가 그렇게 살아가 하지만 아무 말 못하는 건 어쩔 수가 없단다 교과서라는 변명으로 우리 지금까지 무엇을 배워왔었나요 꿈속에서만 나올 세상을 우리는 배워왔었던가요 어쩔 수가 없겠죠 학교라는 변명 하나로 [Lyrics]The teacher told me On the world over the window outside the window Sincere person I will go to college well and succeed If you do your best and work hard There will be nothing So only studying hard I have to be a good person I saw the world so simple If you go to college I knew it Why didn't you talk to me?
